1st Annual Construction Leadership Conference

The FORGE Ahead Summit is focused on developing the next generation of leadership in our region. The event is targeting middle to upper management like foremen and superintendents to develop them first into successful individuals, and then successful leaders for our companies and community.

FORGE believes that a healthy workforce begins with healthy leadership. Superintendents, foremen and managers stand to have the greatest impact on our workforce, as they interact with all levels of employees daily. Arming these leaders with quality wellness, financial and leadership information will allow them to grow into successful individuals and in turn model that success to those they influence every day.
