Career Exploration & Workforce Readiness
From career expos and interview preparation to leadership development and signing ceremonies, FORGE connected students with hands-on experiences and real-world career pathways in the skilled trades.

Early Exposure & Engagement
Through tool kits, coloring books, library readings, and community events, FORGE reached learners at an early age—sparking curiosity and building awareness of skilled-trade careers.

Chapter Growth & Regional Impact
FORGE chapters, including FORGE North Mississippi, continued expanding localized programming—strengthening partnerships with community colleges, schools, and local industry.

Career Signing Ceremonies
In partnership with East Mississippi Community College and Itawamba Community College, FORGE celebrated students committing to construction and skilled-trade programs—marking a meaningful step from exploration to career readiness.
